Free during early access

Castforge does not charge you today. There is no trial period and no plan to buy. Your AI subscriptions with providers such as Anthropic, OpenAI, Google and GitHub are billed by those providers directly, and any refund for those is theirs to give. If you were charged by Castforge and did not expect it, email support@castforge.ai with your account email and we will look into it right away.

If paid plans arrive: 14-day refund

If and when we introduce paid plans, we will bill through Stripe with a 14-day refund pledge, no questions asked, no exit interview, no retention pitch. You would email support@castforge.ai and the refund would go back to your original payment method through Stripe, typically within 5-10 business days depending on your bank.

If paid plans arrive: cancelling later

You would be able to cancel at any time from the billing portal to stop future renewals, and access would continue until the end of the period you already paid for. We will publish the exact terms for annual and monthly plans, including any pro-rated refunds, before any paid plan goes on sale, and this page will be updated at the same time.
