14-day trial refund

Every new Castforge subscription starts with a 14-day trial. If you cancel inside the trial window, you receive a full refund for any payment already collected, no questions asked, no exit interview, no retention pitch. Email support@castforge.aiwith your account email and we'll process the refund through Stripe to your original payment method. Refunds typically appear back on your card within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank.

Annual subscription refunds

If you cancel an annual subscription after the 14-day trial has expired, we issue a pro-rated refund for the unused portion of your term. The calculation is straightforward: monthly equivalent × unused months, rounded to whole months in your favor. For example, canceling a $299/seat/year Team plan after 4 months returns roughly $199 (8 unused months at the $24.92 monthly equivalent). Your access continues through the day the refund is processed; we don't cut you off mid-billing-period. Refunds are processed via Stripe to your original payment method and typically clear within 5-10 business days.

Post-trial monthly subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable once the 14-day trial has expired. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal to stop future renewals, Castforge will not charge your card again, and your access continues until the end of the current billing period. If you cancel mid-month, you keep the rest of the month you already paid for. We don't offer partial monthly refunds because the operational overhead of pro-rating single-month subscriptions isn't worth the friction it adds to the rest of the billing flow.
